1. Approve the Program of cessation of production and use of ozone-depleting substances for 2004-2030 (further - the Program) which is attached.
2. To the main managers of means, actionees of the Program, during forming of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year to provide funds for development and implementation of the actions determined by it.

Preserving ozone layer of stratosphere which protects all live on Earth from pernicious action of ultra-violet sunlight is one of priority global environmental problems of the XXI century. For today the parties of the Montreal protocol are 184 states which confirmed that the intentions to take necessary measures for preserving ozone layer by cessation of production and use of ozone-depleting substances.
