About the approval of the list of the processing and service equipment, spare parts and the industrial equipment delivered for own needs of IDP "MURUVVAT-TEKS" based on JSC Gurlan and which are subject to exemption of customs payments
For the purpose of ensuring implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 13, 2006 "About the Program of upgrade and modernization of the companies of the textile industry for 2006-2008" the Cabinet of Ministers decides N PP-510:
1. Take into consideration that:
the project "Creation of the IDP "MURUVVAT-TEKS" textile complex based on JSC Gurlan is included in the appendix N 1 to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 13, 2006 by N PP-510 "About the Program of upgrade and modernization of the companies of the textile industry for 2006-2008";
within this project between IDP "MURUVVAT-TEKS" and the ZEROMAX GmbH company (Switzerland) the import contract of November 17, 2006 by N ZM/MT-001 on delivery of the processing and service equipment, spare parts and the industrial equipment to total amount of 12 526 846 US dollars is signed;
The interdepartmental advisory council on consideration of offers on construction, reshaping and upgrade of the companies of light industry issues the positive conclusion according to the list of the processing and service equipment, the spare parts and the industrial equipment delivered within the specified contract.
2. Approve the list of the processing and service equipment, spare parts and the industrial equipment when which importing within the specified contract IDP "MURUVVAT-TEKS" based on JSC Gurlan N PP-510 "About the Program of upgrade and modernization of the companies of the textile industry for 2006-2008", according to appendix is exempted from customs payment (except for charges for customs clearance) according to Item 5 of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 13, 2006.
3. To the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to establish strict control of target use of IDP "MURUVVAT-TEKS" based on JSC Gurlan of the released funds for modernization and upgrade of production, development of new types of finished goods, replenishment of own current assets. In case of their inappropriate use these means are in full collected in the government budget using to the company of penalties, stipulated by the legislation.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
