Article 1. Enact the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About lawyer activities" from the date of publication.
Article 2. The provisions of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About lawyer activities", the concerning licensing for the occupation right lawyer activities, are applied from the moment of enforcement of the Regulations on the Qualification commission and approval of the program of qualification examinations.
Article 3. Charge to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic till February 1, 2000:
1) to make offers in General Court of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on reduction of the current legislation in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About lawyer activities";
2) to bring decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic into accord with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About lawyer activities".
Article 4. To committee on judicial and legal reform of General Court of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic to create initiative group on project development of the Charter of professional public association of lawyers of the Kyrgyz Republic and provisions of the Qualification commission, Audit committee.
Article 5. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Qualification commission to develop and approve the program of qualification examinations and the list of the legal disciplines submitted for qualification examination till April 1, 2000.
Article 6. Stop activities of presidiums of regional Bars from the date of state registration of the Charter of professional public association of lawyers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
