About approval of the Actions plan on simplification of administrative barriers during the exporting and commodity import

According to article 14 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government the Republic of Tajikistan" and for the purpose of creating favorable conditions for development of entrepreneurship, simplification of administrative barriers during the exporting and commodity import, decides the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

1. Approve the Actions plan on simplification of administrative barriers during the exporting and commodity import it (is applied).

2. Assign function of the coordinator on accomplishment of the specified Plan to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for accomplishment of this resolution and to quarterly inform on the course of its realization the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan for the subsequent informing the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
