Rules of protection of gas distribution networks

1. The these rules developed based on the Federal Law "About Gas Supply in the Russian Federation" establish procedure for delimitation of conservation zones of gas distribution networks, conditions of use of the parcels of land located in their limits and restrictions of economic activity which can lead to damage of gas distribution networks determine the rights and obligations of the operational organizations in the field of ensuring safety of gas distribution networks in case of their operation, servicing, repair, and also accident prevention on gas distribution networks and liquidation of their effects.

2. These rules act on all territory of the Russian Federation and are obligatory for legal entities and physical persons, being owners, owners or users of the parcels of land located within conservation zones of gas distribution networks, or designing subjects to construction engineering and production appointment, objects of engineering, transport and social infrastructure, or performing any economic activity in borders of the specified parcels of land.

3. In these rules the following concepts are used:
