1. Carry out in 2008 payment to citizens of Ukraine to compensation of losses from impairment of the cash savings enclosed till January 2, 1992 in organizations of Savings bank of the USSR and national insurance of the USSR which operated on the territory of Ukraine which legal successors joint-stock companies "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" are respectively open (further - Sberbank) and National joint-stock insurance company "Oranta", insurance companies "Dnieper", "Oranta-Sich", "Astarta", "Oradon" and Oranta-Lugan joint-stock insurance company, and also in bonds of the State target non-interest loan of 1990, certificates of Savings bank of the USSR, the state treasury obligations of the USSR acquired in the territory of the Ukrainian SSR in general size of 6400 million hryvnias or in its equivalent in foreign currency including:
