According to the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of use and protection of lands" and the Regulations on the State inspectorate for control of use and protection of lands approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.12.2002 of N 1958, with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.11.2003 of N 1829, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for planning and conducting checks concerning implementation of the state control of use and protection of lands it (is applied).
2. To provide to the state inspectorate for control of use and protection of lands (O. M. Nechiporenko):
- approval of the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine and the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship;
- provision of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. To the chief Goszeminspektion and chiefs of territorial authorities of Goszeminspektion to organize planning and conducting checks concerning implementation of the state control of use and protection of lands according to the approved Procedure.
