1. Approve Requirements to structure and contents of the report on the analysis of safety of removal from operation of nuclear power plants and research nuclear reactors which are applied.
2. To provide to the head of department of regulation of safety of the treatment of radioactive waste of Department of nuclear regulation Bykov V. O. provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. In five-day time after state registration of the order to provide to the director of the State scientific and technological center of nuclear and radiation safety Vasilchenko V. M. replication of this regulation.
4. In ten-day time after state registration of the order to provide to the head of department of regulation of safety of the treatment of radioactive waste of Department of nuclear regulation Bykov V. O. mailing of this regulation according to the register of mailing.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister - the head of the department of nuclear regulation Smyshlyaev O. E.
