About approval of the Regulations on maintenance of the equipment of the mining companies

According to the Regulations on the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine approved by the Decree the President of Ukraine of September 21, 2001 N 849/2001 "About Regulations on the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine" I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on maintenance of the equipment of the mining companies it (is applied).

2. To provide to management of ore mining industry (Nadtochenko N. M.) together with Legal management (Davidchuk M. M.) registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To heads of the mining companies irrespective of patterns of ownership which include Minprompolitiki field of activity, further to be guided by this Provision and to provide reduction in compliance with it the internal administrative documents concerning maintenance of the equipment.

4. I leave control on accomplishment of this order on myself.

Regulations on maintenance of the equipment of the mining companies

This Provision determines the basic principles of maintenance of the equipment of the mining companies, procedure for carrying out maintenance and the list of works which are performed in case of maintenance and replacement of the replaceable equipment at the companies of the mining industry of Ukraine.

1. General provisions

1.1. Action of this provision extends to the companies of all patterns of ownership which perform production, conversion, mineral processing.

1.2. The provision is developed according to GSTU 2860-94 "Reliability of the equipment. Terms and determinations" and GOST 18322-78 "System of maintenance and repair of equipment. Terms and determinations".
