About approval of the Instruction on the organization of safe conducting hot work on explosion-fire-hazardous and explosive objects

According to the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection" and the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 30.08.2000 of N 1035, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction on the organization of safe conducting hot work on explosion-fire-hazardous and explosive objects (daleeinstruktion) that is applied.

2. To the chairman of State department on supervision of labor protection Storchak S. O.:

2.1. Take measures for studying of requirements of the Instruction by the state inspectors, other officials of Gosnadzorokhrantrud, experts of the expert and technical centers, employees of the companies, organizations, organizations.

2.2. Provide systematic control of observance of requirements of this Instruction by employers.

2.3. Include the Instruction in the State register of DNAOP and in databank of the automated information fund of regulations about labor protection.

3. With enforcement of the Instruction to consider that DNAOP 0.00-5.12-74 "The standard instruction on the organization of safe conducting hot work on explosive and explosion-fire-hazardous objects" is not applied in the territory of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy Gosnadzorokhrantrud Ivanchenko V. I. chairmen.
