1. These rules govern the relations between contractors of services and their consumers in connection with rendering services on inland water transport in transit of passengers and their baggage, and also loads for the personal, family, house and other needs which are not connected with implementation of business activity (further imenuyutsyagruza for personal (household) needs).
2. In these rules the following basic concepts are applied:
