2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.

Rules of forming of the list of the concessionary projects requiring joint financing

1. These rules of forming of the list of the concessionary projects requiring joint financing are developed according to subitem 15-1) of Article 58 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determine procedure for forming of the list of the concessionary projects requiring joint financing at the expense of means republican and local budgets.

2. The list of the concessionary projects requiring joint financing (further - the list of projects) is list of objects, possible to transfer to concession on which one of types of the state support supposes provision of joint financing at the expense of budgetary funds.

3. Authorized state bodies of the corresponding industry and local executive bodies of area (the city of republican value, the capital) make offers on objects, possible to transfer to concession and requiring joint financing, in authorized state body on economic planning according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation in the field of concession.

4. The basis for forming of the list of projects is:

1) feasibility statement availability;
