In pursuance of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" and according to Articles 78, 375 Codes of civil procedure of Ukraine ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for search of the debtor - physical person (daleeporyadok) (is applied).

2. To exclude Item 5 of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from 05.01.2005 N 3 DSK "About Approval of the Instruction on the Organization of Search of the Persons Accused, Defendants, Persons Evading from Serving of Criminal Penalty It Is Unknown the Gone Persons and Identification of Unknown Corpses" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.02.2005 for N 132/10412,. Items 6 - 8 these orders respectively to consider Items 5 - 7.

3. To State department for nationality, immigration and registration of physical persons (Repeshko I. V.):

3.1. Organize studying by employees of service for nationality, immigrations and registration of physical persons of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of provisions of the Procedure and to provide its accomplishment.

3.2. Provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Marmazov V. E.

5. Announce the order to staff of bodies and divisions of internal affairs.
