1. Customs authorities in which region of activities there are stations of loading of the goods which are exported from customs area of the Russian Federation by rail if declaration of goods is made with giving periodic (including temporary) the customs declaration:

a) accept transport (transportation) documents (rail waybills) for all goods planned to export from customs area of the Russian Federation during the period of time specified in the customs declaration in which there are no separate data characterizing each sending goods (further - incomplete rail waybills) in case of representation by the customs applicant in writing obligations about submission of the rail waybills containing data, necessary for the customs purposes, on each sending (numbers of rail waybills, data on vehicles, quantity of the goods accepted for shipment) (daleeoformlenny rail waybills), no later than 5 working days from the date of acceptance by the railroad of goods to transportation *;

b) make registration and accounting of the incomplete and drawn-up rail waybills accepted in the special magazine which is kept in electronic form with use of complex of software "Magazines registration" in the form given in appendix;
