According to article 33 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About physical protection of nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2006 N 1830, and for the purpose of ensuring regulation of activities in the field of physical protection of nuclear installations and nuclear materials I ORDER:

1. Approve General requirements to systems of physical protection of nuclear installations and nuclear materials and General requirements in case of their transportation (are attached) to systems of physical protection of nuclear materials.

2. To the head of department of regulation of physical protection Cnut Yu. M. in five-day time after signing of this order to provide its submission on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
