Standard rules of internal control for professional participants of the security market

1. Standard rules of internal control for professional participants of the security market (further - the professional participant) include:

procedure for documentary fixation of the financial transactions which are subject to special control;

procedure for ensuring storage and confidentiality of information on financial transactions;

procedure for identification of persons making financial transactions;

procedure for identification of the financial transactions which are subject to special control;

procedure for filling of the special form, and also procedure for its registration, transfer, accounting and storage;

requirements to qualification and training of the corresponding officials performing registration of the financial transactions which are subject to special control, transfer, accounting and storage of the special forms and other documents connected with implementation and (or) making of the financial transactions which are subject to special control, acceptance of organizational measures for implementation of internal control.
