In pursuance of provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety" and for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory framework of Ukraine concerning establishment of the general principles and criteria of safety of intermediate storages of the fulfilled nuclear fuel of dry type, I ORDER:

1. Approve Basic provisions of safety of intermediate storages of the fulfilled nuclear fuel of dry type (further - the Provision) which are applied.

2. To the head of department of regulation of safety of nuclear installations Semenov O. F. in five-day time after signing of the order to provide its provision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. In a month after state registration of the order to provide to the director of the State scientific and technological center of nuclear and radiation safety Vasilchenk V. M. replication of Provisions in number of 20 copies.

4. To the head of department of regulation of safety of nuclear installations Semenov O. F. in ten-day time after replication of Provisions to provide their mailing according to mailing calculation.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman Bykov V. O.
