Extend to the period up to 1 Gorkut of 2005 on owners of special vehicles of the foreign states driving on the territory of Turkmenistan for the term of no more than 10 days for export of the liquefied hydrocarbon gases and oil products out of limits of Turkmenistan under contracts with the State trade corporation "Turkmenneftegaz", collection of mandatory fees and payments, stipulated in Item 1 resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan from 17 Oguz 1999 No. 4236 "About development of border trade in oil products from the Gushgynsky petroleum storage depot" (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 1999, No. 6, the Art. 326).
