About approval of the Instruction about procedure for certification of specialists of the security market of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of state regulation of the security market and based on the Regulations on Committee on securities under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1593, Committee on securities under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for certification of specialists of the security market of the Republic of Belarus.
2. The competence certificates issued before entry into force of this resolution are valid during the term specified in them.
3. Recognize invalid:
the order of the State committee on securities of the Republic of Belarus of October 13, 1999 No. 18-P "About approval of the Regulations on certification of specialists of the security market of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 87, 8/1269);
the resolution of the State committee on securities of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2000 No. 23-I "About modification and amendments in Regulations on certification of specialists of the security market of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 116, 8/4459).
4. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2006.
