1. Allocate to the State trade corporation "Turkmenneftegaz" for ensuring requirements of Turkmengaz State concern on further building-up of amounts of natural gas production and gas transmission capacities quota in the amount of 506 million US dollars by commodity part of calculations for natural gas export in 2004-2006 under the contract of purchase and sale of natural gas between the State trade corporation "Turkmenneftegaz" and Gazexport limited liability company (Russia) from 10 Gurbansoltan 2003.
2. Under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan to provide to the state trade corporation "Turkmenneftegaz" and National Clearing Centre timely deliveries of material resources and rendering services according to requirements of Turkmengaz State concern.
3. To Turkmengaz state concern to develop and transfer to the State trade corporation "Turkmenneftegaz" for delivery performance of the necessary equipment, pipe products and materials lists of material resources and the rendered services in a month.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Vice-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Gurbanmuradov E.
