1. To Guvlyduz plant of Turkmendokunkhimiya State concern to perform delivery in 2003 to the Ministry of Trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan and to Turkmenpotrebsoyuz of 32 thousand tons of edible table salt for free leave to the population, taking into account average regulation of leave per capita in number of 400 grams a month.

2. Exempt Guvlyduz plant of Turkmendokunkhimiya State concern from payment of all types of tax, charges and duties.

3. To Turkmendokunkhimiya state concern by profit of jurisdictional enterprises and organizations to fill up own current assets of Guvlyduz plant for covering of the losses connected with production, storage and loading in rail cars of the edible salt released to the population it is free.

4. Recognize invalid Item 1 and paragraph two of item 4 of the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 14 Baydak as 1994 No. 1665 "About free providing the population of Turkmenistan with edible salt" (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 1994, No. 2, the Art. 1819).
