In pursuance of provisions of the Customs code approved by the Law No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 160-162, 1201), the Government DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on activities of the customs broker and the specialist in customs clearance according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective in 20 days from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To impose control over the implementation of provisions of this resolution on Customs Service.
4. To Customs Service in 90-day time to bring the regulations into accord with the specified provision.
