According to part one of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case", the paragraph the twelfth Item 13 of the Fund charter of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment and in pursuance of the paragraph of the sixth Item 15 of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and the carrying out paid social jobs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.09.2008 of N 839, board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment DECIDES:
1. Approve the Procedure for use of fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment and control during the organization of paid social jobs for the unemployed which is applied.
2. To submit to executive directorate of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment the resolution of board on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
