According to Article 254 of the Customs code of Ukraine, articles 10 and 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for import (transfer) to Ukraine, customs clearance and the taxation of personal belongings, goods and vehicles which are imported (are sent) by citizens on customs area of Ukraine", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine of 26.05.2006 N 753 "About approval of the Concept of distribution of clearing settlements with use of special means of payment" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision by citizens to customs authority of financial guarantee by introduction of cash pledge in case of temporary import of goods on customs area of Ukraine and vehicles for the purpose of transit through the territory of Ukraine and its return it (is applied).

2. To management of financial accounting and reporting (Okolit M. V.) and Legal department (Babyuk V. L.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To regional information customs (Koposov S.A.) within 45 days from the date of state registration of this order to develop the corresponding software on introduction by citizens of cash pledge and its return and to provide implementation in customs authorities.

4. To chiefs of customs to inform citizens on requirements of this order, including by lighting it in local mass media and at evident information stands in the locations of the relevant divisions of customs and at check points through frontier of Ukraine.
