This Provision does not extend to the relations on the state control in the field of fishery and preserving water biological resources.
2. Task of the state control is ensuring compliance by all Russian and foreign legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federation on protection, reproduction and use of objects of fauna and the circle of their dwelling.
