2. To head department of tariff and non-tariff regulation (A. O. Kudryashev) to perform consideration of the applications about taking measures, the goods connected with suspension of release, and maintaining the customs register of intellectual property items according to this Provision.
3. (I. I. Skibinskaya) to provide to service of interaction with mass media (the Press service of the State Customs Committee of Russia) publication of this order after its state registration.
4. To the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia A. A. Kaulbars to exercise control of execution of this order.
This order becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
