These rules of provision of tourist services (daleepravil) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About tourist activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and regulate procedure for rendering the tourist services necessary for requirements satisfaction of the tourist, provided during its travel and with respect thereto by travel.
2. In these rules the following concept is used:
transfer - personal meeting of the tourist persons performing tourist activities and (or) the third parties rendering separate tourist services at the airport, the railway station or to the address specified by the tourist, its delivery to the vacation spot and (or) the location of the tourist.
