About establishment of quota of foreign investors in authorized capitals of insurance companies of the Republic of Belarus
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the quota of foreign investors in authorized capitals of all insurance companies of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 30 percent received as a result of total division of cost of all deposits (shares) of foreign investors and their affiliated organizations in authorized capitals of the insurance companies registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, for cumulative authorized fund of all insurance companies registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, increased on 100.
2. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of official publication of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530 "About insurance activity" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 143, 1/7866).
