The Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic Georgia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ukraine which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
expressing concern in rise in crime in organized forms as in national, and internationally,
in view of the decisions of the United Nations directed to expansion of international cooperation in fight against organized crime, in particular, the resolution 45/123 of the United Nations General Assembly of December 14, 1990
recognizing need and importance of strengthening of interaction of law-enforcement bodies of the Parties for the prevention, identification, suppression and investigation of the criminal actions committed by organized groups
proceeding from provisions of the Program of joint efforts for fight against the organized crime and other dangerous types of crimes in the territory of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of March 12, 1993
agreed as follows:
Being effective within the competence and with compliance with law and international treaties of the states, the Parties shall cooperate on the basis of provisions of this agreement in case of the prevention, identification, suppression and investigation of the crimes committed by organized groups.
The cooperation in fight against organized crime will be performed in the following forms:
1) exchange of the operational search, reference, criminalistic and other information which is of mutual interest, in particular relatively:
any crimes committed or prepared for making in the territory of the state of other Party as a part of organized group;
concrete facts and events, physical persons and legal entities involved or suspects of participation in organized crime;
