The government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Belarus which further are referred to as the Party

wishing to develop bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation,

in view of the aspiration of the Parties to render each other development assistance of commercial, commercial and other ties,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties, according to the legislation existing in both states and based on mutual interests, will take all necessary measures for rendering each other assistance in the organization of automobile communication, to creation of the favorable mode of processing of straight lines and transit cargoes of the Parties in river ports and railway border stations and their transportations on the territories of both states.

The cooperation in the field of rail, airborne and motor transportations will be regulated by agreements, bilateral and multi-lateral agreements which participants are both Parties.

Article 2

The parties agreed that railway roads of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Belarus will provide in case of payment term giving of railway vehicles under transportation of goods, the Parties belonging to the states and arriving on border stations and transshipment points of both states from other countries in the area of the intergovernmental credit, the humanitarian assistance, and also other foreign trade loads.

Article 3

The free mode of transit across the territories of both states shall provide and guarantee the parties each other.

According to the national legal system of the Party will not make any distinction based on accessory of the vehicle, origin of loads (except prohibited to transportation by the international rules and national legal systems of the Parties), Item of entrance departure or appointment or on any other circumstances relating to accessory of loads or vehicles if they belong to other Party.
