aiming to establish necessary cooperation of the relevant structures of the Parties when implementing criminal prosecution and protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen,

agreed as follows.

Article 1

Subject of this agreement is the cooperation of the Parties for the purpose of effective implementation of the tasks set for the Parties according to domestic legislations and the international obligations of their states when implementing criminal procedure actions, and also when implementing by the Parties of other powers conferred to them by domestic legislations connected with counteraction of crime and protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen.

Article 2

The parties perform cooperation in the following main forms:

experience exchange of work and information on condition of crime and counteraction to it, about methods and methods of disclosure and investigation of crimes, about use of science and technology in investigation of criminal cases;

experience exchange of investigation of crimes of terrorist and corruption orientation, crimes in the field of economy and high technologies, and also other types of the crimes posing the increased threat for society, including made by the transnational criminal organizations;
