Article 1

The parties will promote development of cooperation in the field of agricultural industry and the food industry on the basis of equality and reciprocity.

Article 2

The parties intend to establish direct research connections between the relevant research institutions of Academies of agricultural sciences of both Parties with the emphasis on development of management, the economic analysis and new forms of managing in agro-industrial complex.

Article 3

The parties intend to cooperate in areas of seed materials and improvements of gene pools in crop production, silkworm breeding and livestock production (on seeds of wheat, sugar and table beet, brewing barley, corn, potatoes, number of vegetable cultures, delivery of incubatory eggs of hens of the egg direction, broilers, turkey-cocks, and also advanced technologies on their cultivation and further industrial conversion, acquisition of different veterinary medicines and medicamentous means).
