agreed as follows:
Vileyk's radio station which is in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, referred to as further "Radio station" is the Russian military organization.
Nothing in this agreement can be considered as allocating Radio station with the status of military base.
The radio station continues to function in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the place of dislocation in borders of the parcel of land given in appendix 1.
The real estate of Radio station specified in appendix 2, is property of the Republic of Belarus. The real estate of Radio station created after the signature of this agreement, and also personal estate of Radio station are property of the Russian Federation.
Appendices 1 and 2 constitute integral part of this agreement.
