Aiming to strengthen the friendly relations between both countries and their people,
Wishing to update content of national education systems on the basis of humanity and democracy,
Recognizing advantage of cooperation in the field of science and technology for development of economy of both countries,
Agreed in the following:
The parties will promote and develop equal and useful cooperation in the fields of education, sciences and technologies according to the laws and rules of contracting parties.
The parties guarantee to constantly living citizens of other country, despite their nationality, the right to secondary and higher education agrees to the laws and rules existing in this country.
The parties, wishing to gain more knowledge of education in other country, will cooperate in the field of education. The parties, according to the requirements, will organize visits and training of teachers and scientists in the field of pedagogics, will encourage participation of scientists and specialists in the scientific conferences held in both countries.
The parties will promote establishment of bonds between schools.
The parties will promote studying of language of other country, acquaintance to its literature, history, culture, and also will organize rates and lectures for studying of languages, literatures, stories and cultures of other country.
The parties agree about carrying out joint consultations for the purpose of development of approaches to recognition and equivalence of education documents.
The parties will encourage direct connections between organizations of science and the higher education.
