Subjects of the Russian Federation and administrative-territorial formations of the Republic of Uzbekistan by preparation, approval and the conclusion of agreements on the cooperation questions relating to objects of their maintaining will act according to the legislation of the states and international treaties of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
