1. Approve the enclosed Rules of development of the Declaration of industrial safety.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on emergency situations of June 13, 2001 No. 113 "About approval of Rules of development of the Declaration of safety of industrial facility and Rules of conducting examination of the Declaration of safety of industrial facility" (it is registered in the Register of registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 1593).

3. To impose control of execution of the order on the Chairman of Committee on the state control of emergency situations and industrial safety Bizhanov N. K.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after their first official publication.
