Article 1

Article 2

The main directions of cooperation and interaction are:

development and implementation of actions on maintenance in the fighting condition of arms and military equipment which are available on equipment of military units of air defense of Turkmenistan;

deliveries of arms, ammunition, military equipment, spare parts, educational and auxiliary property, military provision of services for military units of air defense of Turkmenistan;

the organization of control of technical readiness and functioning of the Password system of military units of air defense of Turkmenistan with use of airplanes laboratories of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation;

carrying out educational and fighting firing practice by military units and divisions of air defense of Turkmenistan on polygons of Troops of air defense of the Russian Federation;

training of officers of air defense of Turkmenistan in military schools of the Russian Federation;

personnel training, servicing the arms and military equipment of air defense of the Russian production which are available in military units of air defense of Turkmenistan;

sending of the Russian military personnel and specialists to military units of air defense of Turkmenistan for assistance in operation and repair of arms and military equipment.
