Article 1

The organization and accomplishment of flights of military aircrafts of the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan (further - military aircrafts) are performed according to the international rules taking into account the agreements and arrangements existing for flight accomplishment.

Article 2

About accomplishment of flights of military aircrafts it is reported not later than 3 days prior to flights through authorities of the Parties (from the Russian Federation - General staff of the Air Force, from Turkmenistan - Management of Air defense and Air Force).

Confirmations about acceptance of military aircrafts are transferred not later than 24 hours till the planned departure time.

Article 3

Acceptance (release) of military aircrafts in military airfields is performed of group of management of flights or the person on duty on acceptance (release) of airfield of landing (departure).

Acceptance (release) of the military aircrafts bringing military delegations and experts is performed only of regular group of management of flights of airfield of landing (departure). For ensuring landing (departure) of the specified aircrafts flights of other aircrafts in airfield of landing (departure) if necessary are limited.

Confirmation about acceptance of the aircraft is guarantee of readiness of the main and reserve airfields, operation of means of communication, radio engineering, airfield and technical and meteorological providing and rendering assistance engineering and aviation providing.
