agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the following concepts mean:

1) "military forming" - connections, military units, organizations, the companies and the organizations of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation; The Federal Agency of Government Communications and Information in case of the President of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, Committee of homeland security of Turkmenistan, Border troops of Turkmenistan;

5) "military team" - the group of the servicemen numbering more than two people following to the destination with organic military property (including with weapon and ammunition) or without it;

6) "military echelon" - the military forming or its part (division), military team organized for transportation in one train and occupying at least one car;
