Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the provided terms mean:

"Customs Service of the Russian Federation" - the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation;

"Customs Service of the Republic of Belarus" - the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus;

"Representative office of Customs Service of the Russian Federation under Customs Service of the Republic of Belarus" - the organizational structures and the staff of Customs Service of the Russian Federation providing unity of management of Customs Service of the Republic of Belarus with Customs Service of the Russian Federation;

"Representative office of Customs Service of the Republic of Belarus under Customs Service of the Russian Federation" - the organizational structures and the staff of Customs Service of the Republic of Belarus providing unity of management of Customs Service of the Republic of Belarus with Customs Service of the Russian Federation;

"members of families of staff of Representations" - spouses, children, and also constantly jointly the relatives living with the staff of Representations and being in their dependence.

For the purpose of ensuring unity of management of the Customs Services:
