being guided by the Agreement on carrying out coordinated policy in the field of standardization, metrology and the certification signed in Moscow on March 13, 1992
for the purpose of elimination of technical barriers in economic and trade relations, ensuring compatibility, interchangeability of products, its safety for life and health of the person, environmental protection,
wishing to develop cooperation in the field of standardization, metrology and certification, proceeding at the same time from the obligations and the principles accepted by the international organizations
being guided by economic interests of both countries,
agreed as follows:
The parties will develop and strengthen cooperation in the field of standardization, metrology and certification.
The parties, in particular, will be:
apply standards of the parties if requirements of these standards do not contradict the legislation of the Parties according to the procedure, established by national authority on standardization of this state;
it is mutual to provide the specifications and technical documentation (indexes of standards, standards and other documents on standardization, certification and quality) on agreed terms;
recognize, on mutually agreed terms, results of metrological certification, state checking and calibration of measuring instruments, the existing state standards of units of physical quantities;
recognize certification bodies, test laboratories (centers), results of testing, certificates and marks of conformity on delivered goods according to the procedure, established by national system of certification of each of the Parties and Interstate council on standardization, metrology and certification.
