agreed as follows:

Article 1

In this agreement stated below terms mean:

1. The customer - from the Russian Federation - the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, from the Republic Uzbekistanministerstvo of defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. The state supplier - the state in the territory of which the companies making and delivering products are located.

3. Products - arms, military equipment, military property, components for them, scientific and technical products, and also works and services.

4. Delivery of products - obligation fulfillment by the supplier on providing the consumer or customer with products.

5. Product quality - set of the properties of products causing its suitability to satisfy certain requirements according to its appointment.

6. Quality control of products - conducting checks (testing) for the purpose of determination of compliance of indicators of product quality to qualifying standards.

7. Product acceptance - carrying out acceptance review of products and document creation about its suitability to deliveries or use.

Article 2

Quality control of products and its acceptance at the companies of the state supplier are performed under approval between the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan by representatives of the Ministry of Defence of the state supplier or the customer.
