For the purpose of ensuring accurate interaction and increase in the cross liability of freight owners (consignors, freight forwarders) and transport enterprises when transporting export, inward and transit cargoes the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Provisional regulations for monthly planning and the organization of transportations of export, inward and transit cargoes by railway, sea and river transport which is attached.
2. To the ministry of transport and the Ministry of external commercial relations together with the relevant ministries and departments within the current year to analyze practice of application of Provisional regulations and in case of need till December 20, 1993 to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the offer on introduction in it of changes and amendments.
