About approval of the Regulations on the organization of the personified accounting of data in system of general national pension insurance

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 4, 1998 N 401 "About actions for implementation of the personified accounting of data in system of compulsory national pension insurance" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on the organization of the personified accounting of data in system of general national pension insurance it (is applied).

2. To provide to the pension fund together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Ministry of Finance and State Tax Administration since October 1, 1998 implementation of the personified accounting of data in system of general national pension insurance.

3. Determine that since July 1, 2002 calculation of pensions according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions" is performed from earnings of person for the period of work after July 1, 2000 according to system of the personified accounting.

Regulations on the organization of the personified accounting of data in system of general national pension insurance

1. The personified accounting consists in collecting, processing, systematization and preserving the information about physical persons, stipulated by the legislation about provision of pensions, which are connected with determination of the right to payments from the Pension fund and their size on general national pension insurance (further - the information about physical persons).

2. The main objectives of the personified accounting:

creation of the single national automated bank of information about physical persons;
