Approve the enclosed Rules establishing requirements to the bill paper made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or imported on its territory and enact them and this resolution after fourteen-day term from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To department of monetary transactions (Alzhanov B. A.):

1) together with Legal department (Sharipov S. B.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution and the Rules establishing requirements to the bill paper made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or imported on its territory (further - Rules);

2) in ten-day time from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this resolution and the approved Rules to the attention of branches of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and banks of the second level.

3. To management of the international relations and public relations (Martyushev Yu. A.) in ten-day time from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide the publication in mass media and on the Internet page of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution and the approved Rules.
