1. Approve the enclosed Standard of rendering the state service in state registration of products of baby food, food and dietary supplements to food (nutritsevtik), dyes, materials and products contacting to water and food, chemicals, the separate types of products and substances making harmful effects on health of the person.

2. To committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan () provide A.A. Belonog:

1) registration of this order in judicial authorities;

2) placement of the standard on the websites and information stands in the building.

3. To department of organization-legal work of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Mukhamedzhanov Zh. M.) direct this order to official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Omarov K. T.

5. This order becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
