Article 1

1. From federal property the parcels of land which are in borders of resorts of federal importance, the right of federal property to which is registered in the Unified State Register of Rights on real estate and transactions with it about day of entry into force of this Federal Law, on the bases provided by parts 2-4 of this Article, are transferred to property of subjects of the Russian Federation or property of settlements, municipal districts, municipal districts or city districts.

2. Are transferred the parcels of land which are specified regarding 1 this Article and which to the possession of subjects of the Russian Federation:

1) are busy with the buildings, structures, constructions which are in property of subjects of the Russian Federation;

2) are provided to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation or the state companies created by them, the state unitary enterprises or non-profit organizations;

3) are provided by the Federal Laws.

3. Are transferred the parcels of land which are specified regarding 1 this Article and which to property of settlements, municipal districts, municipal districts or city districts:

1) are busy with the buildings, structures, constructions which are in property of the respective municipalities;

2) are provided to local government bodies of the respective municipalities or the state companies created by them, municipal unitary enterprises or non-profit organizations;

3) are provided by the Federal Laws and the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation adopted according to them.
