I ORDER:
1.1. Approve Provisional regulations for procedure for passing of military service as the ensigns appointed to the positions which are subject to completing by the military personnel of extra urgent service in connections, parts and organizations of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic (appendix to this order).
1.2. Determine that this order becomes effective after passing of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the subsequent publication in mass media.
1.3. Notify the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on source of official publication of this order.
2. To commanders of groups of troops (forces), chiefs of Head departments, managements and separate departments of Central office of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic and General staff of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, commanders of connections, parts and chiefs of organizations of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic to study this order and to bring to all categories of the military personnel.
