About approval of the Procedure for competitive selection of actions for energy saving for their financial support at the expense of the means provided in the government budget according to the "State Support of Actions for Energy Saving via the Mechanism of Reduction in Cost of the Credits" program

According to Item 5 of the Procedure for use in 2008 of the funds provided in the government budget for the state support of actions for energy saving, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 26, 2008 No. 249, for the purpose of ensuring financing of actions for energy saving including for implementation of energy efficient projects, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for competitive selection of actions for energy saving for their financial support at the expense of the means provided in the government budget according to the "State Support of Actions for Energy Saving via the Mechanism of Reduction in Cost of the Credits" program which is attached.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of normative legal support (Small M.V.) the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman Parshin O. A.
