1. The public administration of rail transport (Ukrzheldortrans) is governing body of railway transport public, the subordinated Ministry of Infrastructure.
The Donetsk, Lviv, Odessa, Southern, Southwest and Dnieper railroads, and also other associations, the companies, organizations and the organizations of rail transport (further - the companies) according to the list determined by the Ministry of Infrastructure fall within the scope of management of Ukrzheldortrans.
