1. Approve Regulations on Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine which are applied.

2. Declare invalid Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 30, 1993 No. 586 "About approval of the Regulations on Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1993, No. 12, the Art. 265).

Regulations on Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine

1. The public administration of rail transport (Ukrzheldortrans) is governing body of railway transport public, the subordinated Ministry of Infrastructure.

The Donetsk, Lviv, Odessa, Southern, Southwest and Dnieper railroads, and also other associations, the companies, organizations and the organizations of rail transport (further - the companies) according to the list determined by the Ministry of Infrastructure fall within the scope of management of Ukrzheldortrans.

Ukrzheldor exercises centralized process control of transportations in the internal and international message and regulates production economic activity of the railroads in the field of the organization of this process.
